Your Pilates coach and strength hype-woman!

I’m a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer, and a busy mom of two tiny humans who keep me on the go. I know what it feels like to juggle work, family, and a never ending to-do list, but still make time to feel strong and confident! My coaching style is:     •    Supportive but honest – I’ll cheer you on and keep it real.     •    Efficient – Short, effective sessions that fit into real life.     •    Holistic – Focused on strength, hormone health, core stability, and stress relief… not just burning calories. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time, returning postpartum, or ready to level up your strength, I’m here to make movement feel doable, sustainable, and actually enjoyable.

Stay consistent with a routine designed around your energy, hormones, and schedule. Track weekly + monthly trends for workouts, nutrition, and habits so you can actually see your progress.

Wearable Integration

Sync your wearable device to get a full picture of your movement, stress, sleep, and recovery. I use your data to tailor your Pilates Gem program to what your body actually needs day-to-day.

Weekly Check-ins

Check-in with weekly photos and measurements to keep track of your progress. Make amends whenever required.

Personalised Workouts

Your workouts are fully tailored! Pilates, strength, sculpt, postpartum core, or low-impact training. As your coach, I adjust the plan based on your goals, preferences, and where your body is each week.

Customised Nutrition

Nutrition guidance that supports your hormones, energy, and lifestyle. No extreme rules just simple, sustainable suggestions that help you feel your best while still enjoying what you love.
